Return Policy:

Here at Anime TCG USA  LLC, also referred as animetcg.net, we prioritized the quality of our packaging and shipping methods. Our goal is to send the products you have ordered at the same NEW/unused condition we have received them from our distributors. We only deal with sealed products unless these are single trading cards or stated otherwise. To keep the integrity of our products we do not accept returns.

Pre-order Policy:

Pre-orders are products that are purchased in advance or before the release date. We only have limited allocations and this will be fulfilled at a first come first serve basis. Preorders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order. There will be a 15% processing fee from the total order cost.  

In the event that we are unable to ship your order within 4 weeks of our release date, we will reach out to you if you would like to cancel your order at no cost, or continue to wait.

Excellent and timely service to our clients is our priority, if in any event we are not able to fulfill your order,  you will be issued a full refund.

Animetcg.net  reserves the right to cancel any order without disclosure of reason. We reserve the right to reduce the purchase quantity of any item for any reason.

Important: If you order contains other PREORDER items with different release dates. Your order will be shipped once we have all the items in our sorting facility (shipped at the latest release date). To avoid this issue, please order items with different release dates, separately.

Shipping and Lost Package:

Products purchased through AnimeTCG.net are in contract with the shipping company. The responsibility, risk of loss and title is transferred to you once your order is accepted by the shipping company (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS). Please make sure to be aware of delivery dates and make arrangements for someone to be present at the delivery address to receive your package. Anime TCG USA LLC is not responsible for package theft or loss.

 Website Use:

You, the client, buyer, or user agrees that the use of animetcg.net is at your sole risk. Anime TCG USA LLC or animetcg.net is not responsible and will not be liable for any kind of damages or injuries arising form the use of the animetcg.net and its URL’s.

Description of Products:

Animetcg.net strives to be detailed and specific on all of our product description. Although, at times product descriptions may not be as accurate as we would  like it to be due to but not limited to type error or undisclosed data from the manufacturer due to its preorder state. As a buyer, client, user of animetcg.net, you agree that this may occur and take full responsibility of your purchase.
