Refund policy

Here at Anime TCG USA  LLC, also referred as animetcg.net, we prioritized the quality of our packaging and shipping methods. Our goal is to send the products you have ordered at the same NEW/unused condition we have received them from our distributors. We only deal with sealed products unless these are single trading cards or stated otherwise. To keep the integrity of our products we do not accept returns.

We do provide 100% refund for products that we are not able to fulfill due to distribution allocations.
